Undiciemezzo
Obtained
from grapes of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Trebbiano of Tuscany, cultivated
on own hills, as it says its name, UNDICIEMEZZO, has an alcoholic
content low, regarding normality of the territory. The grapes are
vinificated with carbonic maceration, thanks to which the aromas
are exalted , maintaining low the extraction of phenolic compounds.
The result is freshness, easily drinkable, lightness and Tuscany
stile of the aromas.
This genuine wine, is optimal as an aperitif, daily wine and served
fresh, it is an excellent coupling with the fish.
