San Camillo
This
wine is obtained from Sangiovese grapes, produced on our own hills.
The harvest takes place during the second week of October followed
by traditional vinification specific for high quality grapes.
The wine is aged in tonneaux for 12 months, and then is refined
for a further 6 months in the bottle. The wine is intensive ruby
in colour with brilliant light garnet hints. The bouquet is sweet,
wide, fruity, fine and elegant with some spicy notes. The palate
is soft, broad, persistent and fruity.
Accompanies the whole meal, white and red meats, medium ripe cheeses.
