Olio
This
Extra Virgin Olive Oil represents a typical produce of the hills
of the Chianti district.
By ancient tradition, only olives of special esteem are grown,
such as the Moraiolo, the Frantoio, and the Leccino; the fruit is
picked by hand on the estate’s grounds, and the oil is obtained
using the time-honoured
grindstones of the oil-press.
This is a genuine and fragrant olive oil without any treatment
and is particularly wonderful when used as a raw condiment for a
wide range of dishes.
